Appointment Requesting Services at NEO Clinic

To make scheduling easier for our patients, NEO Clinic uses a secure internal Appointment Request System. This system allows you to request your preferred appointment date and time online based on available options shown to you.

Please note: At this time, this system is available only for new patients referred to the Neo Clinic as part of a pilot program.

Privacy & Data Protection Notice

  • Our Appointment Request System is hosted on secure servers in Canada, and your information is protected under Canadian privacy laws. We do not share your data with third parties.

  • You may receive appointment-related communication by email – (reception@neoclinic.ca), phone call, SMS (613-383-2393), or automated call from 613-789-9910.

  • If you prefer, you may contact our clinic directly to book your appointment.

Access to the Appointment Request System

  • The Appointment Request System is not publicly available on our website.

  • Access is provided only by invitation from NEO Clinic staff, sent via:

    • Email, or

    • Text message

If you have not received an invitation, you will not be able to request an appointment through the system.

If you believe you should have received an invitation but did not, please contact the clinic by phone or email for assistance.

Appointment Request vs. Appointment Confirmation

Submitting a time through the Appointment Request System is not a confirmed appointment.

Once your request is submitted:

  1. Our administrative team reviews it based on clinic operations, staff availability, and patient priorities.

  2. If approved, you will receive an official appointment confirmation from our Electronic Medical Record (EMR), TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR).

  3. Confirmation will be sent by email and text message.

 Your appointment is not considered booked until you receive this official confirmation.

Please note:

  • The confirmed appointment time may vary slightly from the time you requested.

  • If the confirmed time does not work for you, you may contact us to reschedule.
