Appointment Request System at Neurocentre of Eastern Ontario (NEO)
To make scheduling easier for our patients, NEO uses an Appointment Request System powered by Calendly. This system allows you to submit your preferred appointment date and time online based on the available options shown.

By using this booking link, you consent to the collection of your name and email address for appointment scheduling purposes, in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy regulations. No medical or clinical information should be entered into the booking form. If you prefer, you may contact our clinic directly to book your appointment.
Access to the Appointment Request System
The Appointment Request System is not available directly through our website.
It is accessible only when our clinic staff send you a booking invitation by email or text message.
If you have not received an invitation, you will not be able to request an appointment through the system.
This ensures that only eligible patients—new referrals, follow-ups, procedure visits, or treatment appointments—are able to request a time appropriate for their care.
Appointment Request vs. Appointment Confirmation
When you select a time through Calendly, you are submitting an appointment request, not a final booking.
Your request is then reviewed by our administrative team to ensure that we can accommodate your request based on clinic operations, staff availability and patient priorities.
Once your appointment request is reviewed and processed, you will receive an official appointment confirmation directly from our Electronic Medical Record (EMR), the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR). This confirmation will be sent by email and text message.
Your appointment is not fully booked until you receive the CHR confirmation.
The exact appointment time in your final confirmation may vary slightly from the time you originally selected. If the confirmed appointment time does not work for you, you are welcome to contact us to reschedule
Why We Use an Appointment Request System
This two-step process helps:
Improve the efficiency of scheduling appointments.
Ensure clinical appropriateness of each visit,
Prevent scheduling errors,
Allow staff to coordinate resources for procedures (e.g., nerve blocks, infusions, Botox treatments),
Improve overall patient flow and reduce wait times.
