  • OHIP Insured Services:

    • Consultations and services are insured by OHIP if you were referred by a health care professional and if they are medically necessary

    Uninsured Services:

    OHIP doesn't cover all services provided in the clinic like

    • sick notes

    • letters / forms

    • reports to insurance / disability

    These services are charged directly to the patient based on recommendations by Ontario Medical Association (OMA)

    Payments:

    • We accept payments through online services including: Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

    • All uninsured services must be paid before the service is provided

    • We use the Shopify platform for collecting in-person and online payments.

    No Show Fees:

    No sow fees will be charged as below

    • $250 for New Appointments

    • $150 for Follow up appointments

  • Appointments can be cancelled up to 2 business days before the appointment

    Cancellations with in 2 business days of the appointment and no-shows will be subject to a fees.

    No-show after 2 appointments will require a new referral and will be added to the waitlist.

  • Item description
    • Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment

    • Bring your valid Health Card

    • Bring the medications or an up to date list from your pharmacy / your blister pack

    • You will get a separate e-mail asking you to complete some forms prior to your appointment

    • Inform of your allergies

    • Please avoid any scents / perfumes for your visit

  • You are welcome to have your family / caregivers accompany you for the appointment if you prefer to.
