A consultation begins with a referral from your family doctor or nurse practitioner.
Iron Infusion (RAPID)
Our Rapid Access Program for Iron Deficiency (RAPID) provides intravenous iron infusions in a calm, monitored outpatient setting. An iron infusion can help when iron supplements aren't tolerated or aren't working. Your referring provider sends the referral; our nursing team looks after the rest.
Spasticity Management
Spasticity — muscle stiffness or tightening after a stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, MS, or cerebral palsy — can make movement and everyday tasks harder. NEO offers assessment and treatment, including botulinum toxin injections, alongside neuro-physiotherapy to support movement and comfort.
Neuro Physiotherapy
Neuro-physiotherapy helps people rebuild movement, balance, strength, and walking after a neurological condition such as stroke, Parkinson's, or neuropathy. Sessions are one-on-one with a registered physiotherapist, and you can book directly — no referral needed.
Athletic Therapy & Concussion Care
Our certified athletic therapist provides hands-on rehabilitation for concussion and lingering post-concussion symptoms, headaches, neck pain, whiplash, and return to work, school, or sport. You can book directly, with no referral required.
Holter Monitoring
A Holter monitor is a small, wearable device that records your heart rhythm over one or more days. A neurologist may order one to look into symptoms such as blackouts, dizziness, or palpitations, or as part of a stroke work-up. Holter monitoring is arranged by referral.
