Our Commitment to Our Patients

Because neurological conditions affect people's lives — not just their health — we believe care should help people understand what is happening, receive the right support, and move forward. That belief shapes how NEO is built.

About the Clinic

The NEO Clinic (Neurocentre of Eastern Ontario) is a community-based specialist neurology practice in Kingston. We bring assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and research together under one roof, so patients get coordinated care closer to home and referring providers stay informed at every step.

Our Story

NEO was founded by Dr. Ramana Appireddy, a neurologist who spent years in hospital-based practice at Kingston Health Sciences Centre before setting out to build something the region didn't have—a specialist clinic where a neurology consultation can lead directly to on-site rehabilitation, infusion therapy, or a clinical trial, coordinated by one team.

Our Mission

We provide accessible, evidence-based neurological care that helps patients understand their condition, make informed decisions, and navigate their care journey with coordinated support. Through collaboration with patients, referring providers, allied health professionals, education, and clinical research, we are committed to improving neurological health and quality of life within the communities we serve.

Our Vision

To redefine community-based neurological care in Ontario by improving access to specialized services and advancing an integrated model of care that supports patients, healthcare providers, and communities.

Our Values

Patient safety, quality improvement, and professional integrity underpin everything we do.
