IV Iron Infusion at NEO

At NEO, IV iron infusions are provided in a safe, comfortable outpatient clinic setting using standardized medical protocols.

What This Means for You

Your infusion is carefully planned and delivered using established clinical guidelines. This helps ensure treatment is provided safely, at the appropriate dose, and at a pace suited to your individual needs.

Trained Clinical Team

IV iron infusions are administered by trained nursing staff experienced in infusion care. You will be monitored throughout your infusion and for a short period afterward to ensure you are feeling well.

Safety and Monitoring

Most patients tolerate IV iron very well. During your visit, staff will regularly check on you and monitor for possible side effects, such as flushing, itching, or lightheadedness. If you feel unwell at any time, assistance is immediately available.

Emergency Preparedness

Although serious reactions are rare, NEO is fully equipped to manage them. The clinic has appropriate emergency medications, oxygen, and medical equipment on site, and staff are trained to respond promptly if needed.

A Comfortable Outpatient Experience

Infusions take place in a calm, professional environment designed for patient comfort. You are welcome to bring a book, phone, or headphones, and to ask questions at any point during your visit.

If you have questions about IV iron therapy or would like to know whether it is right for you, please speak with your referring healthcare provider or contact our clinic.
